WINTERFEST 2013 CHECKLIST
Winterfest promises to be an afternoon of fun for our Saint Mark’s Community!
As a Community event, Winterfest relies on all members of our Saint Mark’s community to participate with their contributions and time to this successful event.
This year, we are asking for each family to donate at least 2-dozen Confetti Eggs plus 2 items from the list below:
PLEASE DONATE AT LEAST 2-DOZEN CONFETTI EGGS
CONFETTI EGGS: (Collection begins October 21st at the Blue Tent)
Donate a minimum of 2 Dozen clean open top eggs in an egg carton. Please click here for instructions.
PLEASE CHOOSE (AT LEAST) TWO of THE FOLLOWING ITEMS TO DONATE:
HOLIDAY & OUTERWEAR KIDS’ CLOTHING BOOTH: (Collection begins November 4th at the Blue Tent)
Donate gently used Holiday/Party Clothes for boys or girls (no shoes, no regular day/play wear or costumes please) and/or gently used Ski/Snow/Winter Clothes- Jackets and Pants. We are looking for all children’s sizes.
HANDMADE CRAFTS BOOTH: (Collection begins November 4th at the Blue Tent)
Donate handmade items such as jewelry, linens, knitted items, quilts, notepaper or cards, woodworking, handmade decorated wreaths, decorations or ornaments, etc. More information to follow.
CHRISTMAS BAKE SALE: (Collection takes place December 13th [morning dropoff only] & December 14th [before 12pm] at the Blue Tent)
Donate a minimum of 2 dozen NUT FREE homemade baked goods. This year we are looking for the following: holiday cookies, holiday breads or whole pies.
HOLIDAY GREENS BOOTH: (Collection takes place December 13th [morning dropoff only] & December 14th [before 12pm] at the Blue Tent)
Donate one medium or large Poinsettia plant in foil wrapped pot
