This beautiful 15th century
merchant`s house is situated just 75 yds back from the ancient river
port of Dinan on the Rue du Petit Fort and has a wealth of oak beams
and exposed stone walls, including a magnificent open fire place and
some lovely pieces of antique French furniture.

fireplace and plenty of comfortable seating, a table, chairs and a T.V.

enclosed pretty terraced garden with patio furniture and barbecue.
Situated on the cobbled street leading from the old port of Dinan to
the town centre. As you climb up the ancient cobbled street and through
one of the gate towers, you will find yourself on the famous Rue de
Jerzual with its delightful creperies and art and craft shops which in
turn leads to the old town. Although the street is traffic free, apart
from residents cars, you are allowed to load and unload, then park your
car in a nearby street or by the port itself.
